An annual service is one of the simplest things you can do to protect your boiler, your home and your warranty. Our Gas Safe engineers carry out a methodical inspection, identify small issues before they grow, and leave your system running cleanly and efficiently.
As Viessmann-accredited engineers, we specialise in the Vitodens range and also service all other major brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and Glow-worm. Every job is documented and you receive a clear written summary of our findings.
How our service visit works
- STEP 01
Arrival & pre-check
We introduce ourselves, protect flooring, and check the boiler's fault history and operating pressures before any panels come off.
- STEP 02
Strip-down & clean
Casing off. Burner, heat exchanger, condensate trap and electrodes inspected and cleaned where the manufacturer specifies.
- STEP 03
Combustion analysis
Flue gas analyser hooked up to measure CO, CO₂ and ratio — confirming the boiler is burning safely and efficiently.
- STEP 04
Gas & system tests
Working gas pressure, standing pressure, tightness test and system pressure all checked against manufacturer tolerances.
- STEP 05
Report & certificate
Digital service record issued to you and stored on file — protecting your manufacturer warranty and giving proof for landlords or buyers.
- STEP 06
Reminder for next year
We log your service date and send a friendly reminder 11 months later, so your warranty and safety cover never lapse.
