Refunds & Cancellations

At Assiduous Heating LTD, we are committed to providing quality service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for services or products provided by us.

1. Service Cancellations (Before Work Begins)

If you cancel a booked service with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued for any pre-paid amounts.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a call-out fee or cancellation charge may apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

 

2. Overpayments and Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally overpaid or made a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately. Once verified, a full refund of the overpaid amount will be issued within 5–10 working days.

3. Unsatisfactory Work or Faults

We stand by the quality of our work. If you believe the service provided is faulty or substandard:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of the service being completed.

  • We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free repair or correction.

  • If a fix cannot be reasonably provided, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Note: Refunds are not issued for problems arising due to customer misuse, third-party interference, or where the customer has refused our recommendations.

4. Refunds for Products or Materials

  • Refunds for materials will only be considered if the item is unused and undamaged, and if it can be returned to our supplier.

  • A restocking fee may apply, depending on the supplier’s return policy.

  • Custom-ordered or non-returnable items are non-refundable.

5. No Refunds After Work is Completed and Accepted

Once work has been completed and signed off or accepted by the customer (verbally or in writing), no refund will be issued unless a genuine defect is found and reported within the warranty period.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g. bank transfer, debit/credit card). Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
